The field is oversaturated with an exhaustive number of critical needs that urgently require focus and attention. Public schools across the nation are experiencing grand fatigue attempting to combat these numerous challenges with varying degrees of success.

geneá white is a 25 year veteran educator. fully committed to the field of education, she brings expertise and experience in multiple spaces including early childhood/ elementary education and educational leadership. geneá currently serves as an educator with northridge Local schools. she serves as a dedicated member of the national association for the education of young children and alpha kappa alpha Sorority, Inc.

Dr. LaShell Dauterman, an experienced educator for over 20 years, specializes in educational leadership and special education, particularly Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is passionate about education and administers the Treatment Program at the Montgomery County Education Service Center Learning Center, managing three sites for grades 3-12. Additionally, she serves as Vice President of the Dayton Autism Society, offering support and resources to families in the Miami Valley area and
delivering a range of services tailored to support students with autism.
